Pre-purchasing works similar to pre-ordering. Pre-purchasing an item means that the item is currently out-of-stock, however, you are still able to purchase it. With pre-purchasing, you do not have to wait for the item to be re-stocked to purchase it. If the item you have pre-purchased is not already on its way to us, we will add your item to our next order. However, just like pre-ordering you may have to wait 4-6 weeks for the item to arrive to us.

Once you have placed an order for a pre-purchase item you will receive a Purchase of Confirmation email. Another email will also be sent out with the estimated arrival date for when your pre-purchased item will arrive to us. The estimated arrival date is also shown in the product's information section on the product's page. This date may be subject to changes. If changes does occur due to unforeseen circumstances 93 ALBUMS will contact you via email. A Shipping Confirmation email will be sent out once the item has arrived to us. This email will contain the tracking number and the estimated time it will arrive to you. The final payment you make at the checkout includes all costs, there will not be any additional payment needed once the pre-purchased item has arrived to us. (Only some products on our store offers pre-purchasing due our supplier availability)

Cost of shipping is calculated at the checkout and is dependent on the quantity of products purchased. From October 7th 2022, there will be a slight change in our shipping cost to reflect the annually price adjustment from our courier service. Shipping now starts from $7.50. There is now an additional cost for shipping to a rural address. Shipping to a rural address starts from $8.50. Customers can get free shipping with orders over $120. 93 ALBUMS aims to pack and ship all instock products out to our customers within 2 business days after receiving the payment. Pre-ordered and Pre-purchased items has an Estimated arrival date/time stated on the product page and a seperate email will also be sent to you stating the ETA timeframe. Once the order has been shipped out we aim to delivery it within 2-4 business days for urban address and 4-6 business days for rural addresses. However, in rare occasion there may be delays that is beyond our control. If this does happen, an email will be sent out from us stating a delay in the delivery and the new estimated delivery time. No, 93 ALBUMS does not offer cancellation of orders after a payment has been made. Please ensure you are satifised with your order before you place it as 93 ALBUMSdoes not offer cancellation or refunds due to change of mind.

Yes, 93 ALBUMS now offer the option of posters being rolled and shipped out in a tube. However, additional cost does come with the poster being rolled and shipping in a tube. Shipping for rolled posters is $ 15 per tube and is NOT included in the final price at the checkout. A seperate email detailing the price and how to pay for the additional cost will be sent to you. Please allow 24 hours for the email to be sent out. Shipping for rolled posters is One tube can fit upto 5 posters. Please select the option for rolled poster or contact us ASAP after placing your order. If you do not select the rolled option or do not contact us about wanting your posters rolled, the posters will be sent out folded and protected securely with cardboard.
