Damage to the outer plastic covering is not an acceptable reason for a return or exchange as they are just for protecting the product.
93 ALBUMS has a 14-day return or exchange policy for faulty goods or wrong product given . Please contact us with your request at 93albums@gmail.com within the 14-day timeframe to be eligible for a return or exchange.
On the rare occasion where 93 ALBUMS has shipped out wrong or faulty products, you may request for a refund or exchange it to an equal valued product, given that the product is still in its sealed and unopened state. However, once the product has been opened despite the album being damaged, we will not accept any request for a refund or exchange.
