SHIPPING & RETURN

Shipping Policy

93 ALBUMS sends all products by tracked parcel. The estimated delivery time is 2–4 business day after being shipped out for urban addresses and 4-6 business days for rural addresses. In rare occasions we may experience unexpected situations in which we have no control over that may cause a delay in our delivery and shipping time. If such situations occur, we will notify you of the delay in the Shipping Confirmation email or via a seperate email.

If you have provided us with an incorrect delivery address which results in an unsuccessful delivery, the package will be returned to 93 ALBUMS and you will not be provided with a refund. If you realise that you have provided a wrong address after completing the purchase, please email us at 93albums@gmail.com ASAP so we can correct it for you. However, we must receive the correct address before we have shipped out your order as we can not correct the address after the products have been shipped out.

Shipping for folded posters will be calculated at the checkout.

 

Shipping for rolled (tube) posters is NOT included in the final price at the checkout. A seperate email detailing the price and how to pay for the additional cost will be sent to you after you have place your order. Please allow 24 hours for the email to be sent out.

 

Shipping for rolled posters is $ 13 per tube. One tube can fit upto 5 posters.

93 ALBUMS is not liable for any damaged or lost products due to delivery. Customers have full responsibility once the products has been shipped out.

93 ALBUMS only offers shipping within New Zealand, we do not offer international shipping.

 

93 Albums is also unable to deliver to certain addresses, including but not limited to, P.O Box addresses, oversea addresses, some hotels, hostels or prisons. 

Return & Exchange Policy

93 ALBUMS do not offer returns or exchanges due to change of mind.  If you do change your mind after receiving the product and no longer want the product, you can return it back to 93 ALBUMS. However, you will not get a refund and you will be responsible for the cost of sending it back to us.

On the rare occasion where 93 ALBUMS has shipped out wrong or faulty products, you may request for a refund or exchange it to an equal valued product, given that the product is still in its sealed and unopened state. However, once the product has been opened despite the album being damaged, we will not accept any request for a refund or exchange. 

 

Damage to the outer plastic covering is not an acceptable reason for a return or exchange as they are just for protecting the product. We are also not liable for any damages internal to the album. 

 

93 ALBUMS has a 14-day return or exchange policy for faulty goods or wrong product given  (14 days start from the day you receive your order). Please contact us with your request at 93albums@gmail.com within the 14-day timeframe to be eligible for a return or exchange. â€‹

Once we have received your request, we will process it and let you know if your return or exchange has been accepted.  If we have accepted your request, we will send out a shipping label for you to send the products back to us. Once we have received and validated your returned products, we send your and email to confirm the success of the refund or exchange. Your refund will be automatically refunded back to the account you have paid from. If you have requested for an exchange, the product you wish to exchange it to should be of equal value to the returned product.
