Purchase Terms
Before purchasing any products from 93 ALBUMS you must read and agree to these terms:

provide your name and address, phone number, email address, payment details and other required information;

be aged 18 years or over or with guardian supervision; and

be legally capable of entering the owner of a valid debit/credit card if using debit/credit card to pay.
If you are unable to agree or failed to meet these terms you may NOT proceed to purchase any products from 93 ALBUMS. These purchase terms apply to all product purchases made from 93 ALBUMS.

93 ALBUMS may revise these terms in the future. Any changes to these terms will be effective on the date on which they are posted on the 93 ALBUMS website. An email will also be send out to customers who has subscribed to our emails. 93 ALBUMS will also communicate with you electronically by email when you purchase from the website.
2. Your Account
If you create a account on 93 ALBUMS' website you are responsible for:

all activities and each purchase that occurs under your account.

3. Placing a purchase
​
You may place a purchase by clicking on the “ADD TO CART” button and proceeding to the checkout page. An opportunity will be made available for you to review your order, read and accept the Purchase terms, check the total price of your purchase and other information, and if needed, to correct any error before confirming your order. 93 ALBUMS will not be responsible for any delay or failure to process your order if it is not completed accurately or properly.
4. Order Processing

Once you have confirmed and submitted your order, 93 ALBUMS will send an Order Confirmation email to the email you have provided with the receipt and details of the purchased products.
A seperate Shipment Confirmation email will be sent out confirming that all or parts of the order is available and has been shipped out.
PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL ANY ORDER ONCE YOU HAVE MADE THE PAYMENT. If you wish to make any changes to the information you have provided us, please email 93albums@gmail.com ASAP. Once your order has been shipped out, we can no longer change any information. 93 ALBUMS are not liable for any errors in the information you have provided us, such as your address.
5. Prices and Shipping Charges.
The price charged for a product will be the price at the time your order is placed. This price will be reflected on the receipt of your Order Confirmation email and your Shipping Confirmation Email. If you place additional or separate purchase you will need to pay for additional shipping.
Prices for the products do not include charges for shipping. Separate charges for shipping will be shown in your Receipt Confirmation email and will also be shown on a summary screen prior to finalising your order unless you have selected rolled poster. In which additional shipping charge will occur.For more information, please refer to Shipping and Returns.

Shipping for folded posters will be calculated at the checkout.
Shipping for rolled (tube) posters is NOT included in the final price at the checkout. A seperate email detailing the charge and how to pay for the additional cost will be sent to you after you have place your order. Please allow 24 hours for the email to be sent out.

Sale items may not be returned or exchanged or returned unless faulty. During the sale period, it cannot be combined with any other coupon code.

6. Promotional Codes and Discounts
​
At times, we offer promotional codes or discounts to our customers. To redeem a promotional code, the code should be entered at the check out page (of a valid transaction). Unique promotional codes given to certain customers can only be used by intended recipient and cannot be used by another customer.
Promotional codes and discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used once per account/ customer. Coupons and discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers including other promotional codes. Not valid on purchases with gift cards. Only one coupon/promotional code offered per person/ account. Promotional codes cannot be used on orders that have already been placed. Delivery charges are excluded from the calculation of discount or promotional codes. ​​
7. Events outside 93 ALBUMS’ Control
93 ALBUMS shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform if the delay or failure is caused by any act, accident, circumstance or event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

national or local states of emergency (e.g., lockdowns);

failure of transportation facilities, power or utility outages, earthquake, fire, explosion, storm, flood, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster; and
-
impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
8. Product Availability
93 ALBUMS tries to ensure the availability of the products you purchase. However, products are made available to purchase on a "first-in-first serve” basis and are only available while stocks last.

9. Governing law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of
New Zealand.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your purchase of products from 93 ALBUMS shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
10. Termination
Without prejudice to 93 ALBUMS’ termination or other rights under any other provision of these Terms or applicable law, 93 ALBUMS has the rights to at any time before shipping the products to you, to terminate the contract for the supply of products to you immediately if:

in 93 ALBUMS’ reasonable opinion, you breach these Terms and it is not capable of being solved; or
-
you breach these Terms and the breach is capable of being resolved, but you fail to resolve the breach after we have given you 7 business days to resolve the breach.
If 93 ALBUMS terminates the contract pursuant to this clause, 93 ALBUMS will refund back any money received for that purchase.

If 93 Albums rejects a purchase due to certain circumstances, 93 Albums will refund any money paid for the purchase.
